About this Webinar:

Culture of care is more than a philosophy—it is reflected in the everyday decisions, actions, and collaborations that support both animal welfare and scientific excellence. This presentation explores how the 3Rs (Replacement, Reduction, and Refinement) can be integrated into day-to-day operations to create a sustainable culture of care. Through practical examples, including refined handling, study refinement, tissue sharing, and community outreach, attendees will learn how small improvements can drive meaningful impact for animals, staff, and science. The session will also highlight the role of openness, communication, and leadership in building a culture that lasts.
